1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Liftloop ("Service"), operated by Liftloop Inc. ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Liftloop is an AI-powered content generation and analytics platform for social media creators. The Service analyzes your existing content performance, extracts patterns, and generates new content suggestions using artificial intelligence.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. TikTok Integration

  • By connecting your TikTok account, you authorize Liftloop to access your public video data and analytics through TikTok's official API.
  • We only access data permitted by the scopes you approve during the OAuth authorization flow.
  • You may disconnect your TikTok account at any time from your account settings.
  • We do not post to your TikTok account without your explicit approval for each post.

5. AI-Generated Content

  • Content generated by Liftloop is provided as suggestions only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing any content.
  • You retain ownership of all content you create or publish using Liftloop's suggestions.
  • We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is free from errors, is original, or will achieve any specific performance results.

6. Billing and Subscriptions

  • Some features require a paid subscription. Prices are listed on our pricing page.
  • New accounts receive a free trial period. You will not be charged until the trial ends.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@liftloop.io for refund requests.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:
  • Use the Service to generate misleading, defamatory, or illegal content.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's AI models.
  • Violate TikTok's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines through your use of Liftloop.
  • Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and AI models, is the intellectual property of Liftloop Inc. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Liftloop Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
